Our Terms of Service

ISEEMEDIA is a creative agency providing content production and visual effects (“Services”). We operate from Latvia (EU).

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or systems
- disrupt, overload, or harm the Website (including via malware or automated attacks)
- copy, scrape, or reuse Website content in a way that violates these

Terms or applicable lawWe may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

Messages sent through the contact form or by email are treated as inquiries.

Any quote, estimate, timeline, or delivery date we provide is non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Prices may change if the project scope changes.

When you hire us, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, number of revisions, and price will be agreed in writing (email is fine).

You are responsible for:
providing timely feedback, approvals, and required materials
confirming that any materials you supply (logos, footage, music, fonts, etc.) can legally be used

Delays in feedback or missing materials may delay delivery dates.

Unless otherwise agreed, projects include a reasonable number of revisions appropriate to the scope. Additional revisions, changes outside the agreed scope, or “new direction” requests may be billed separately and can affect timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
invoices are due within the payment period stated on the invoice
we may require a deposit before starting work
late payments may result in paused work and delayed delivery

A) Our pre-existing materials
We keep ownership of our tools, templates, workflows, project files, and know-how used to create deliverables, unless agreed otherwise.

‍B) Your materials
You keep ownership of materials you provide. You grant us permission to use them only as needed to deliver the project.

‍C) Final deliverables
Once full payment is received, you receive a license (or ownership, if agreed) to use the final deliverables for the intended purposes described in the project agreement.

‍D) Portfolio use
Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to display the final work (and your name/logo) for our portfolio, showreel, social media, and marketing. You can opt out anytime by emailing info@iseemedia.co

Some projects may require third-party assets or services (stock footage, music, fonts, plugins, render farms, platform tools, etc.).
Unless agreed otherwise:
third-party costs are paid by the client or billed to the client
you are responsible for complying with third-party license terms for any assets you request or provide

We may use modern creative tools (including AI-assisted tools) to improve speed or quality. We do not intentionally input confidential client content into public tools in a way that would expose it publicly. If you want an “AI-free” workflow, tell us before project start and we’ll confirm feasibility and any impact on timeline/cost.

If you share non-public project information, we will treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services, unless:
you authorize us to share it
it’s already public
disclosure is required by law

Either party may end a project by written notice. If a project is cancelled:
you pay for work completed and approved expenses up to the cancellation date
any deposit may be non-refundable if work has started (unless we agree otherwise)

The Website and any general information we provide is offered “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or that it will be error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:
ISEEMEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages
our total liability for any claim related to the Services or Website will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (for example, fraud or intentional misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from materials you provide or instructions you give that infringe third-party rights or break the law (for example, unlicensed music, unauthorized footage, or trademark misuse).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer laws say otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will be posted on iseemedia.co with the updated date.
